Warranty

On our specially selected stock vehicles, aswell as selected part exchange vehicles, we offer our own 12 month full parts and labour warranty.

We set up our own warranty scheme after listening to customer feedback about the big warranty companies we were using. They were making it hard to claim for silly little things and certain things were not covered etc. leaving our customers very dis-heartened with the service we had provided them with. Now if you have a problem with a car we have sold you, bring it back and we will put it right, giving you a loan car to use whilst we have yours.

It has all of the usual terms and conditions of any other gold cover warranty but without all of the small print and the read tape involved when claiming. All the usual things are covered and not covered. If there is something wrong that is not covered then we operate a policy of helping out our customers.

When we take a deposit on a car we take it for an MOT, anything that is picked up is rectified by ourselves. We then give them a service and a good look over aswell as a re-valet ready for you to take delivery. So in theory the car should be ok for the year. But we did not build the cars we sell, just try and keep them going for our customers. Who can predict what may go wrong, if anything, which is why we offer a years cover.

We also offer 12 month parts and labour warranties covered by Autoprotect which is nationwide if you live too far away from us to bring your car in for repair. We also take part in their engine for life scheme, please get in touch for more details.
